The CITY.HU Urban Studies Review is a peer-reviewed, open access, online, open access academic journal. Four issues are published per year, with a mix of Hungarian and English language articles. We only accept papers, essays and book reviews submitted for first publication. All papers are peer-reviewed by two blind editors (double-blind review).

The Repository of the Academy's Library archives the journal issues and articles and is indexed by MTMT and Matarka. Articles are assigned a DOI (Digital Object Identifier). The journal has been submitted to the list of qualified journals of the MTA Division IX.

There are no authors' fees for the publication of the article.
